Learn with me!

Welcome! My first experience teaching was when I used my IKEA chalkboard to teach my grandparents English when I was in elementary school. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with sharing what I know, and discovering new things with my students. I’ve taught complete beginners up to advanced conservatory level students, aged 3-60, privately and in group classes.

I was the teaching assistant for Ann Setzer at the Meadowmount School and am currently a sectional coach at New England Conservatory Prep. I’ve helped my students attain full scores on NYSSMA auditions, gain admittance to Northwestern University and NEC, and earn top spots in the Pittsburgh Youth Orchestra. I will also be a teaching fellow at the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra beginning in the ‘24-’25 season, planning educational programs and providing music instruction at partner schools through the Crescendo Music Education program.

I would love to work with you or your young music enthusiast (or to-be music lover!). If you would like a lesson, please fill out this form with as much detail as possible. Please include how long you’ve played, the most recent piece you’ve learned, and where you are located. I am able to teach in-person in these areas of Boston: Back Bay, Fenway, Brookline, Beacon Hill, Chinatown, and North End (and other areas on a case-by-case basis). Otherwise, I would love to teach you over Zoom. Looking forward to learning together!
